What do wildfires do?Edit
Wildfires devastate animal's habitats and burn stri[p trees of leaves. Wildfires acan do alot of damage to habitats. However, large and old trees aren't damaged a lot by wildfire. A substance called tannin and their thick bark help minimize the damage done by wildfires. WIldfires are very dangerous to animals and their homes. One should do all they can to prevent wildfires.
What can you do?Edit
On campouts, be very careful. Do not leave open fires unattended, and when moving to a new spot, make sure the fire is completely out. Be extremely careful with fires and matches. Always have water in handy. Campers who leave open fires not completely out often are the causes of wildfires.
